Mt. St. Helens Bass Masters

To register for the 2024 Memorial Open at Silver Lake (Cowlitz County) on Saturday May 18th, you have two options:  

Additional tournament entry information on the form.

1 - Click the Entry Form link and mail in your registration.
     Mailed entries MUST be received by May 15th.

     First received first in.  Postal date compared to PayPal

     date in tie.

     Checks only.  Do NOT send cash!

2 - For PayPal or credit/debit card,  click the PayPal link "Buy Now".
     Using PayPal will result in a $4.85 fee being added to your registration.

     You will receive a confirmation email once the transaction is complete.

     On the morning of the tournament you will fill out the registration form upon check in.

     You can also print it out the form using the Entry Form link above and bring it with you.

     Please come a little early to help us get this done for you.

     We will verify your PayPal transaction with your name/ID.
